The 2nd sweetlane concept for sweetgreen — but the first with an Infinite Kitchen making this 2,200 SF location a perfect option for drivers and surfers alike. Located in the heart of Orange County - this town has been dubbed one of CA’s most eclectic + vibrant cities. While a smaller footprint, the space boasts seating for 32 diners. Scope included removing much of the existing storefront to make room for a new recessed patio. On the interior, a new skylight over the prep area helped to show off the product and bring in more natural light. Tesselle circular breeze block is carried through to the interior finishing station with a custom wood facade.
