New development Humaniti was the ideal candidate for a WeWork space; a true vertical community built to live, work, eat, play, and connect people together.

Inspiration for the space focused on three main aspects: modular, bright, + futuristic. These elements are a nod to local landmarks: Moshe Safdie’s habitat 67, Cirque de Soleil in its’ founding city, + Buckminster Fuller’s biodome from the World’s Fair, Expo 67.

This was an in-development project carried through from concept design to construction administration before efforts paused.
